I've had Peter as a mentor for the last three years, and he has contributed massive value to my professional life. He has a great ability to go down to the field and ask tactical questions to deeply understand the challenges I'm going through, and then offer a holistic and more strategic perspective of the situation that allows me to see and process things with a different lens. He has an amazing capacity to co-design solutions by asking the right questions and not jumping into answers or solving the problem for you. He has true empathy throughout the process, including my feelings at all times. He also has a toolkit of tools, readings, and frameworks that help clarify the thought process along the way.
