Pete is a business mentor, executive coach, and leadership consultant, Adjunct Professor, and the former CEO of a world-leading innovation facility for which he successfully led an external buyout in late 2020.

Pete is best known for his ability to execute and lead change, build high performing teams, commercial models, and create shareholder value, often in complex, matrix based multinational enterprises.

His sector experience spans mobile, telecoms, systems integration, and digital health, with innovation as a core theme throughout. He has over 20 years of experience volunteering at national and community levels, with a particular interest in education.
He holds a DBA in organisational psychology and sociology, with a thesis in workplace bullying, an MBA with distinction, with a dissertation in line management practicalities of managing change, and an MSc in management research that explored how leadership teams use qualitative and quantitative datasets in the workplace. He collaborates at ESADE in the Department of Operations, Innovation and Data Sciences on innovation practice, operating models, and organisations.
Pete left school at 16 with no qualifications and immediately joined the Royal Air Force, which to this day profoundly influences his belief in the importance of adaptability, teamwork, and leadership.
Married to Jude with two grown up sons, Pete lives near Barcelona, and hails from Cardiff.
